Chicago McCormick Tribune Ice Rink.
The McCormick Tribune Ice Rink in Chicago Millennium Park is open to the public from November through March. More than 100,000 skaters take advantage of the rink each year. One of the most compelling exhibits is large-sculpture from China that was put together especially for Chicago Millennium Park. This fabulous five-acre garden reflects Chicago's motto, "City in a Garden." One of the highlights is the 15-foot-high "shoulder" hedge, a tribute to Carl Sandburg's description of the "City of Big Shoulders," which encloses the garden on two sides.
